"In the fourth millennium since the assassination of the Emperor the
Spinward Alliance set the pace for the sectors in the Tyreemean Arm. The
influence of its imperialist doctrines upon the minds of regional
governors throughout the area was particularly strong given the latter's
strong megalomaniac tendencies. The impulse to rise out of local
obscurity and wield control over inter-stellar affairs soon compelled
many governors to burst out of their territories and undertake a
systematic program of conquest and expansion. Dramatic as the emergence
of these states were, by far the greatest affect of the Spinward
influence was the rise of the Four Princes of Erewohl and the perpetual
wars which they waged in the Erewohl sector, not far from the old city
of Taskunee."

sector, this empire can boast of a modern attack fleet with the most advanced
ships.

History: Although this world was nearly devastated by a series of nuclear
accidents two centuries ago, it has now risen to command an empire of
great military and industrial strength. The Imperial Starfleet of this
empire is the largest of all the princes save the defensive central
empire.

History: The youngest of the four empires, this world rose to power only
in the last few years through the accidental discovery of an ancient
industrial complex. Although is current military power is small compared
to the other, its ship production is second to none.

History: The capital of the oldest empire in the Erewohl sector, this
world was originally the sector headquarters for the Imperial Starfleet of
the First Empire. After the rise of the Spinward Alliance, this world
seceded to form its own empire. Although it is militarily the most
powerful empire in the sector, most of its forces are defensive in nature.
